Author Guidelines

Zakatuna: Journal of Economics and Business welcomes original research articles and conceptual papers in the fields of economics and business. Authors are required to follow the guidelines below when submitting manuscripts.

1. General Requirements

• The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• Written in English or Bahasa Indonesia using clear and academic language.

• Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Submission System.

• Authors must register and log in before submission.

2. Manuscript Format

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

• Paper size: A4 (210 x 297 mm), with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

• Manuscript length: 6 to 15 pages, including references, tables, and figures.

3. Structure of the Manuscript

• Title: Clear, concise, and no more than 15 words.

• Author(s): Full name(s), affiliation(s), and email of the corresponding author.

• Abstract: 150–250 words, with 3–5 keywords (in English and Bahasa Indonesia).

• Introduction

• Literature Review (if applicable)

• Methodology

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion

• References: Use APA Style (7th edition), and ensure all cited works are listed.

4. Tables and Figures

• Must be numbered and titled clearly.

• Include the source if adapted from other works.

• Positioned close to where they are mentioned in the text.

5. Plagiarism and Ethics

• Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism (maximum 20% similarity).

• Authors are responsible for ensuring ethical compliance in research and publication.

6. Article Processing Charge (APC)

• Authors are required to pay a publication fee of Rp. 100,000 after the manuscript is accepted.
