Analisis Respons Masyarakat Terhadap Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Pemda Magelang di Media Sosial

Abstract
This study aims to analyze public responses to public service innovations implemented by the Regional Government of Magelang Regency through digital transformation on official social media and digital platforms. The study employs a qualitative method with a digital content analysis technique, focusing on data from the official social media platforms of the Magelang Regional Government during the period of January to December 2023. The findings reveal that the public responds to these public service innovations with high enthusiasm, as evidenced by an engagement rate reaching 67.8%. This high level of public engagement reflects a positive reception of the innovations initiated by the regional government, as well as the success of digitalization strategies in reaching and meeting public needs. These findings indicate that digital transformation not only enhances the effectiveness of information delivery but also improves public satisfaction with public services. Overall, the results of this study underscore the importance of utilizing digital media to create effective two-way communication between the government and the public, contributing to the development of governance that is more transparent, responsive, and participatory.
